REFERENCE PHOTOS
The photo reference is really important. For best results, please send a high-resolution image taken in daylight. Phone cameras are generally good enough, but the original image is best (rather than screenshots, for example) as this maintains the original resolution and allows all the detail to capture the best likeness and realism.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The pet portraits are painted in the Miami studio (United States of America). We ship commissions worldwide. If you are outside of the USA, shipping will be quoted by location.
Terms and Conditions for Pet Portrait Commissions
By placing an order for a custom pet portrait, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
No Refund Policy: As the payment is non-refundable, there are no cancellations or refunds once the order has been placed and the payment is paid.
Photograph Requirements: We work directly from photographs provided by you. For the best results, the photos must be of high quality, clear, and detailed.
If the photographs do not meet the necessary quality standards, we reserve the right to refuse the commission. If this happens, we will notify you and work with you to obtain suitable reference material before proceeding.
Completion and Delivery Timeline
Completion Window: We aim to complete the commission within 3 days from the date the order and payment has been made. If we need to request better photographs from you, we aim to complete the commission within 3 days from receiving the new photographs.
Delivery Time: We are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date. You will be sent the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Special Date Requests: If you need the portrait completed by a specific date (e.g., for a birthday or special occasion), please inform us at the time of booking. we will try to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed
No Cancellations or Adjustments: Once the order and payment is paid, there is no option to cancel the order.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, inability to complete the work to the required standard, or issues with reference materials (e.g., low-quality photographs). If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit. No further compensation or claims will be accepted beyond the full refund of payments.
Artist’s Rights and Sharing: We reserve the right to share and display the completed artwork, including on social media, my website, or other promotional materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
If you would prefer that your artwork not be shared publicly, or if you would like me to wait for a specific period before sharing (e.g., if the portrait is a gift), please inform me at the time of the order.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery costs will be calculated based on your location. We will ensure the artwork is packaged securely, but we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
Contact and Communication: Please provide all necessary details when placing your order, including the size of the portrait, preferred style, and any special requests. We will keep you updated on the progress of the portrait and will notify you when the artwork is completed and being shipped.
Legal Ownership: You will receive the physical artwork, and it will be yours to display or gift as you wish. However, I retain the copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce the artwork without prior written permission.
Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously and am committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal details you provide, such as your name, contact information, and shipping address, will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your pet portrait commission. We will never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties, except as required for shipping or legal purposes. If you choose to communicate via email or social media, your information will be kept secure and confidential. If you request that your commissioned artwork not be shared publicly, I will fully respect your request.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I can provide a quote for the shipping cost.
Can you draw black/white dogs?
Absolutely! But a good reference photo is very important, and I can advise on which are suitable for a portrait reference.
How many pets can be in one drawing?
I can draw multiple pets on one portrait depending on the size. The options are available to view on my price list. If you would like more pets or a different size this is possible, so please contact me for a quote.
Do you draw other animals/people?
I love to draw other pets! So far I have drawn horses, birds, rabbits, a lizard, a few hamsters and even a cow. I am not currently offering people portraits but I may do in the future.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
I am currently only able to take payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
