Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We can provide a quote for international shipping. We are based in the USA, and frequently ship art to the UK, Canada and beyond.

How many pets can be in one drawing?
For the 8”x10” size painting, we are able to paint 1 pet per portrait. Clients with one or pet commission more portraits.

Do you draw other animals
Although we don’t advertise, Yvette Lee is able to paint cats, please message us directly if you want a different animal painting.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Venmo.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order for a custom pet portrait, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Reference Photos: The photo reference is really important. For best results, please send a high-resolution image taken in daylight. Phone cameras are generally good enough, but the original image is best (rather than screenshots, for example) as this maintains the original resolution and allows all the detail to capture the best likeness and realism. For the best results, the photos must be high-quality, clear, and detailed. If the photographs do not meet the necessary quality standards, we will notify you and work with you to obtain suitable reference material before proceeding. If none of the photos received are approved, we reserve the right to refuse the commission.
International Orders: The pet portraits are painted in the Miami studio (United States of America). We ship commissions worldwide. If you are outside of the USA, shipping will be quoted by location.
No Refund Policy: As the payment is non-refundable, there are no cancellations or refunds once the order has been placed and the payment is paid.
Completion Window: We aim to complete the commission within 3 days from the date the order and payment have been received. If we need to request better photographs from you, we aim to complete the commission within 3 days of receiving the new photographs.
Delivery Time: We are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date. You will be sent the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Special Date Requests: If you need the portrait completed by a specific date (e.g. for a birthday or special occasion), please inform us at the time of booking. We will try to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed
No Cancellations or Adjustments: Once the order and payment are made, there is no option to cancel the order.
Artist’s Rights and Sharing: We reserve the right to share and display the completed artwork, including on social media, my website, or other promotional materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. If you would prefer that your artwork not be shared publicly, or if you would like me to wait for a specific period before sharing (e.g., if the portrait is a gift), please inform me at the time of the order.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, inability to complete the work to the required standard, or issues with reference materials (e.g low-quality photographs). If we cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. No further compensation or claims will be accepted beyond the full refund of payments.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery costs will be calculated based on your location. We will ensure the artwork is packaged securely, but we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
Contact and Communication: Please provide all necessary details when placing your order, and any special requests. We will keep you updated on the progress of the portrait and will notify you when the artwork is completed and shipped.
Legal Ownership: You will receive the physical artwork, and it will be yours to display or gift as you wish. However, we retain the copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce the artwork without prior written permission.
Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal details you provide, such as your name, contact information, and shipping address, will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your pet portrait commission. We will never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties, except as required for shipping or legal purposes. If you choose to communicate via email or social media, your information will be kept secure and confidential. If you request that your commissioned artwork not be shared publicly, I will fully respect your request.
